Here are a few images I took recently at the zoo. I came away from
the visit feeling somewhat strange that we are able to see this hugely
diverse selection of animals all in one place. I also feel uneven about
the living conditions of the animals- not that they are grossly
inadequate, because they’re not; we have one of the best zoos in the
world for the animals and the visitors. It just seems strange to paint
a picture of some clouds on a wall and expect the monkey to believe
they’re actually clouds.
